At Adventure In, Adventure Out, our approach to leadership development has a dual focus: leadership of self, and leadership of others. Most of our leadership trainings combine elements of both. Our custom, outcome-oriented approach develops strong leaders and strong teams through potent individual processes, explicit skill development and opportunities to practice leading in a laboratory setting.
